Oolong Tea
Oolong teas are fuller bodied than green tea, and the good varieties of oolong tea have an unforgettably fruity, lingering flavour and fragrance. Oolong tea (sometimes known as Blue tea) is semi-oxidized tea, and is known to be the most challenging variety to make well since the unique process requires a good deal of expertise. Stronger in flavour than greens, yet more delicate than blacks, oolongs are a wonderful all day tea. The taste and aroma of oolongs range from floral to roasted, with intriguing nuances in between, depending on the combined levels of oxidation and roasting. Language of the Leaf’s carefully selected oolong teas are expertly made in China and Taiwan.
